Crock Pot Sunday Roast with Veggies



Sunday Roast and Veggies
Ingredients:
3-4 lb. chuck roast
2 cups baby carrots (about ½ a large bag)
½ onion chopped
2-3 large baking potatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 packets onion soup mix (1 box)
1/3 cup water
Freezer Meal Prep:
Place roast in gallon sized freezer bag.  Peel and chop veggies and add them to bag.  Season with salt and pepper.  Mix onion soup mix with water and pour into bag as well.
Cooking Instructions:
Place contents of bag in a large crock pot.  Cook on low for 9-10 hours or until beef is easy to shred with fork and veggies are tender.
